Camilla Zenisek Ladegaard

Camilla holds a Master degree in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and she has more than 20 years of experience with Quality and Compliance within the MedTech area.

Previously, Camilla has been responsible for the continuous compliance of the ISO 13485 certified quality management system in cross country organizations, across functions. She proactively monitored and maintained the QMS performance in line with corporate KPI’s. Camilla was also responsible for handling product complaints, CAPA, FSCA and communicating with the local authorities. She performed internal audits as well as the auditee in both internal and external audits in each country. Further Camilla was preparing and conducting yearly management reviews with the management group, and QMS training at all levels of the organization, both for onboarding purpose, but also to ensure continuous awareness.
