We have a vision that as many people as possible should have a healthy life with high well-being, and similarly that as few people as possible will need medicine and treatment of diseases in the future. The treatment they will be offered must be tailored to the individual person's situation and needs.

We believe it should be safe for patients to receive medication and treatment as well as use medical devices. All with the fewest possible unwanted side effects and nuisances.

The way we carry out tasks

  • We are passionate and dedicated and tackle any task with great precision. In German, this is called Genau. For us, 99% is rarely good enough, and we are willing to go the extra mile to make sure the task is completed to perfection.

ISO Certified

So as to provide a continued high level and maturity in our work with quality and safety for our customers, and thus ultimately for patient safety, Genau & More is certified in the standards DS/EN ISO 9001:2015 and DS/EN ISO/IEC 27001:2017. The certifications are maintained on an ongoing basis through annual internal and external audits, so that the continued maturity and compliance of the management system is ensured. Certificates, licenses and policies can be presented on request.

We try to integrate quality in everything we do, and we use the ISO quality management system actively, as it supports this goal. This shows in our services, opinions, thought processes and our general behaviour, upon which we are continuously assessed by our customers, employees and relevant certification consultants. Quality must be measurable and precise, as you cannot control that which cannot be measured.

Genau & More Supports

We continuously support community activities that have medical research, development and / or patients and relatives' care as their purpose. This can be, for example, support for research and development of medicines, patient/relatives networks and foundations. Of course, there will be situations where we see it as our social responsibility and duty to support societal development work that is not necessarily specifically within the Life Science area. This could be, for example, international reconstruction work following natural disasters.
