Anja Sandal Grønskov

Anja has a Master in Environmental Chemistry from the University of Copenhagen and has more than 10 years of experience from the Pharma industry, specializing in operations and management within production, supply chains, development, quality assurance, contract manufacturers and inspection setups with both customers, suppliers and authorities from the respective Novo Nordisk, Fertin Pharma and Orifarm, which i.a. Manager and Director. In addition, she has extensive experience with stakeholder management across larger organisations.

Anja has an engaging and motivating management style. She is dedicated to ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the right quality. Her management style is analytical, coaching and she always focuses on creating a common consensus in an engaging and motivating way.
