Susan has been working with marketing and communication for 30 years and she has in-depth knowledge and experience for acquiring customer insight and turning it into actions that are of value to the clients. For many years, Susan worked at various advertising agencies and was responsible for the advertising department at TDC. The past 3 years, Susan has been a senior partner in a consultancy company that works with Customer Experience Management and Customer Journey Mapping.
